Unused Service:
Refunds are only available if you have not yet used the service. Usage is defined as clicking the "Generate" button to generate AI image process.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Service Utilization:
Once you have clicked the "Generate" button, indicating the start of the AI generation process, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
Post 7-Day Period:
Refund requests made after the initial 7-day period from the purchase date will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of whether the service was used.
Quality Assurance
To ensure the best possible results and avoid any disappointment with your generated avatars, we strongly recommend that you:
- Upload a sufficient number of high-quality photos.
- Ensure that the photos are clear, well-lit, and feature varied expressions and angles.
High-quality inputs lead to higher satisfaction with the AI-generated outputs. Please take the time to review and select the best photos before generating the images.
